Meet Max – Our Head of Operations
With over 14,000 flying hours and a remarkable career spanning decades, Max is the backbone of our operations and a true icon in the aviation industry. As a highly respected CASA Flight Examiner and accomplished flight instructor, Max has shaped the careers of hundreds of pilots—training and examining the next generation of private, commercial, and airline pilots who now soar the skies.
Max’s dedication to excellence and safety is unmatched. His extensive knowledge, hands-on experience, and calm leadership inspire our entire team every day. Whether he’s mentoring our crew or fine-tuning our operations, Max ensures that everything we do reflects the highest standards of aviation.

Meet Eve – Our Exceptional Line Pilot
Eve’s aviation journey began with a deep passion for flight and her love for Australia’s breathtaking landscapes. As current member of Tourism NT, Eve seamlessly combines her expertise in showcasing iconic destinations with her exceptional piloting skills.
Eve is Heading up Balam Air our NT business partner and is our pilot for operations remote communities and charter flights. Eve navigates some of the most stunning and untouched locations in the country, weather it is bringing medical service to first nations communities or assisting in travel arrangements for teaching aids to remote community’s eve has a passion to bring all traveler’s closer to the beauty of the Outback and beyond.

Eve’s vibrant personality and dedication to excellence make her an integral part of our team. Meet Russell – Our Expert Head of Maintenance
Leading our maintenance team is Russell, a true expert in aviation with decades of hands-on experience and a passion for keeping aircraft in peak condition. With unmatched skills in both fixed-wing and helicopter maintenance, Russell ensures that our fleet operates at the highest standards of safety and reliability. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence are the foundation of our maintenance systems, ensuring that every aircraft is maintained to perfection.
